my dad has esophageal cancer he had a stroke this morning and he could die if he has another one wish someone can tell me its going to be ok and people to prey
The kemo is making him so tired. He sleeps 18-20 hours a day in the 2 weeks a month where he is in kemo.
My mom and I try to walk him every day, just get him out off the bed and get some exercise, even if its only 10 steps.
I hate to see him like that, I hate that he’s so sad, that he almost have given up. I’m only 14 – and I love my dad. I love his smile, but he never smiles anymore.
If he dies, then I die. I just can’t live without him – call me over dramatic, but i love him so much.
I know how you feel, I lost my father to esophageal cancer when I was 15. He passed 2 and half months after the diagnosis. I know I'm just a complete stranger, but I know exactly how terrible this can be, so if you need to talk to someone I'm here.
@luralauralura My father has this cancer as well. He was diagnosed in Stage 3. It is an absolute hell on whoever has it. I know full well, Laura. My father, my hero has been physically brought to near ruin. Through all of this, he has been fighting it for 6 months and is staying alive. Be with him and be strong for him. Pray, pray and pray some more. God can and does perform miracles. Don't ever, ever give up hope.
