Malgré l'horribilisme de leur nom, ce groupe a incarné l'harmonie parfaite entre la pop 80's (parfois neuneu), les mélodies parfaites et une production musicale poussée dans ses retranchements (écouter Cars and Girls, "Hey Manhattan" sur leur troisième album ou même "Faron Young" et surtout "When Love Breaks Down" sur leur second LP "Steve Mac Queen", c'est à tomber !). Phinneusgage  - U misunderstood me - I think Prefab sprout should have been huge that talent deserves to be more recognised. Not just hidden away for the lucky few. I read on another video that backhanders were being paid to promote another succesful band (whom I also like but wont name here ) don't know how the music biz works. Luck and right time right place or backhanders? Think Paddy deserves more recognition not less.

I find the likes of Oasis, Smiths, Paul weller so pompous and full of themselves and yet someone like Paddy (who writes brilliant lyrics and tunes) doesn't get the recognition he deserves what is wrong with this world?
