IDK who performs this version, but it sounds really good! Shame this wasn't released on an album (it'd probably show up on some album of Disney cover songs or something.) When it starts it reminds me of the version heard in the movie itself (when Simba and Nala fall in love), then halfway into it it sounds similar to Elton John's version.
The musical arrangements for this song used in the Nickelodeon show, "Strawberry Shortcake and the Food Gang" are also used in Disney Sing Along Songs: Colors of the Wind.
I LOVED this version of Can You Feel the Love Tonight growing up (still do) and I also have the VHS tape at home lol I am so glad that I am a 90's baby! :D
@DannerBoone Same here. when i first saw it i felt like i had eaten all the ice cream in the world, topped up with every ounce of sugar from everywhere, wrapped in rainbows whilst riding a unicorn
@SonicRules151 Interesting thought. But ya gotta admit that Disney had a knack of making love stories out of their films and making people fall in love with them. That's kinda when Disney is at it's best in my opinion, showing love stories.
@MotherAtHeart25 I know! The techno group, Harajuku who sings the techno dance version of the song in 1995. They did the same thing in Disney Sing Along Songs: Colors of the Wind in the same year.
@thevideotour1 I just know who sings this version of the song! This version of the song uses the same music from Strawberry Shortcake and the Food Gang and this song is first sung by Strawberry Shortcake and the Food Gang.
Mickey and Minnie Mouse?!? You're wrong! The clip between clips from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) and Cinderella (1950) is called Brave Little Tailor (1938). The different clip title between clips from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937) and Cinderella (1950) you've put in on Youtube gets to be "FALCON PUNCH!" for stealing your quote. How could you do that?!
Just Around the Riverbend?!? You're wrong! The tape is called Disney Sing Along Songs: Colors of the Wind. The different tape title you've put in on Youtube gets to be "FALCON PUNCH!" for stealing your quote. How could you do that?!

It really upset me when I learned that Disney Sing It: Family Edition used the Lion King version instead of this one.

Why don't you label the years from the Disney movies, so that everybody can see the years. You think all clips have years labeled in details!?!

@MMORPGWOW116 Yeah! You forgot the label the years from the Disney movies!
