It makes me think of being a child, and how you grow up to be so much more, only to realize you never change from what you were then. That's what I feel mostly from this beautiful piece of art.

This piece reminds me a lot of Forest Gump. But of course, "Contact" was made right after "Forest Gump" for which Alan Silvestri was nominated. So, of course, he'd try to redo his style.

However, despite this, his music here brings out some amazing emotion and power and wonder to what is really out there. Great work, Alan!
