My brother and I finished this game when we were young, we made maps of all the buildings and where to find each card, and then wrote the better order to pick them. As you can imagine, we probably finished the game more than ten times, but my brother loves it!! He keeps playing from time to time, luckily our snes still working :D

I keep asking myself if it is possible to kill the T-Rex haha I know you can push it back with one of the weapons, but kill... I guess it's not possible.

I've beat this game a few times. It's great fun, but I find it unforgivable that the game lacks a save feature, given how long it takes to complete. I mean, if you know EXACTLY where you're going and what you're doing, you can beat it in 4-5 hours. A SNES game this long without save? That's just stupid.

Anyone remember the instruction manual that came with this? It implied in some way that tranqs were the way to beat the Rex...little lying bastards. I loaded up all the tranqs you possibly can, and that thing just does not go down! If the real Rex were this hard to kill, methinks he wouldn't be extinct at all :P

@UT5000 for sure. I like drew my own maps, and marked all the egg areas and all the power ups and secrets. I mean I could have looked it up on gamefaqs but I wanted to do it on my own, but yet you get all the eggs after going through caves and mountains, and finding the stupid raptor nest, and then you go to the helipad and in comes your rescue copter.

I actually took the time to beat it a few years ago, and I was severely disappointed with the ending. Once you get all of the eggs and get to the helipad, thats it. Game over. No boss battle like the NES version or anything. Other than that, not a bad game to cure boredom.

The map is pretty damn big so you can explore and find secrets. Good music, some nice graphics. But the fact that you can't save is like a big middle finger. Without savestates this game takes like 3 hours to beat. Without a guide, it will take you one hour to figure out what the hell to do. It's decent, but not great. It sucks, but it doesn't suck too bad.

It took me ages to find where each new thing was that I needed to get to. When I got a new keycard I could never remember where it had been for and what each new item I found did so I ended up having to trial and error everything constantly. Took me about 6 hours to finally beat it one day.

Nope T-Rex cant be killed. You can only turn it away with about 5 or 6 dart shots. but if you run back to the corner he'll come back.
