Instead of paying 200gp to clear the tree, you can right click the tree and click clear.

This was uploaded in 2010, teleport crystals were introduced in 2005. They give probably the fastest teleport to a fruit tree patch in the game.

In 2012 right now, Lletya tree patch can be accessed by an elf crystal which teleports players in middle of city near patch, also for calquat tree you can use a tai bwanna teleport scroll to get near it and lastly after completing the Love story quest you can chip home tabs to brimhaven as teleports, great guide just some options here to make it faster:)

The Fruit Tree patch in Lletya is actually one of the easiest patches to get to, just use a teleport crystal(tiny elf crystal) and you teleport almost right next to it.

Also my regular tree run is awesome developed it w/ no help edge home tele (ancients r baws) varrock palace patch -- spirit tree tele gnome stronghold patches -- lummy tele tab lummy patch -- cabbage port run north fally patch then lastly taverly patch after running north a bit

@Bowhayz just take 480 coins and after you do your catherby fruit tree, take the boat from catherby to brimhaven, you'll be right next to the patch and this is actually faster than the karamja gloves method

Now there is another fruit tree spot and its at the Herblore Habitat area. This area is extremely easy to access too and all you need is a Juju teleport spiritbag to get there.

@MageKumeRs Im in the fishing guild, I go south to the first patch, then east to catherby, then falador teleport and head west. You need 1 watering can, 1 seed dibber 1 spade 1 rake. Make sure you bring 3 herb seeds, 18 allotment seeds (potatoes, strawberries). It is recomennded to use super compost, you can buy watermelons from the GE and use the catherby farming shop+bank because it is most convenient.

Finishing the Fairy Tale Part 1 quest will get you from level 1 to level 17 farming, and you will also receive the Magic Secateurs as a reward. Pretty good way to start off in my opinion. :)
