Years ago Bird Flu was the big health scare. The government new about its health danger potential years in advance and spent tons of money informing the public about how to be prepared. They wanted every business and household to be prepared with "life supplies" to last 3 months. So... if Swine Flu is such a major threat... WHY DIDN"T THEY SEE IT COMING?
