What do you expect? McDonalds employees are higher paid. They've been cutting commissions and generally making commission impossible to get.
As for the online stuff... Radioshack does have something like that... and it's called "ship to store." You make your purchase online, have it shipped to the store, and get an e-mail notification when it gets there, free of shipping charge.
