cool idea. but I understand why nobody wants to hire you.. You ar just not good enough for the agency. You're great for an amateur, but lack of knowledge sets you back in the line for the pro's job. After watching all of the commercials on your website, it becomes obvious.
So perhaps have fun at doing what you doing and don't get past success to go to your head much...
