Hello is that a hmf pipe I have the same bike and I am looking for a slip on that doesn't stick out real far like the factory pipe does?

not pay for oil? no no no this bike need 2 type off olis.

1 u need to change it every 3 months is the service ans the 2nd evry 1 month replace it.

Hey guys ive seen plenty of videos where the bike is on a stand and the back tires spin? is that good or how does it do that. my buddy said because the bike has a bad clutch i dont know too much about dirtbikes but im thinking about getting one if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

@BiggW3bb - this is mainly to show what a Rekluse z-Start Pro Clutch, does. You can hit the brake and it will not die. you done have to use the clutch.

@15middy15 - that was a cold start! I just rebuilt the engine because of a cracked case and will start in one kick now. :)

@drivefast6969 do you recommend the 2002 over the 2009? how bad are the maintenance on them? how much did it cost to rebuilt the engine? i have a 2005 yz125 and i want to upgrade to either a 4stroke 450 or a 2stroke 250.

@atvman1000 - if you can spend the money on the 2009 I say do it. it will handle and corer better. The frame on the new ones have more flex. It really depends on the riding you do. I trail ride for the most part and is its more bike than I need but its fun and fast as hell. $1700 in parts but it had never been touched. it's like a new bike now.

@drivefast6969 nah im more of a high speed trail rider. i like to top the speed on straight dirt roads. and no i dont have the money for a 2009 im looking more for a 2002-2005 because they are in my price range. im buying the bike with the money that i sold my yz125 for. would you recommend this over a 2stroke 250?

@atvman1000 - I would go with a 4 stroke my self. The 450 will be a bike you can grow in to and you will not have to shift as much. A 4 stroke cost a little more to fix but it will last longer.

I was actually told to stay away from 02 and 03 450's, because of the maintenance. The dealership said alot of those bikes come in for whole rebuilds.

@dirtastegood well... I did just rebuild the motor and tranny. you could tell no one had ever been in it.

That is the Rekluse clutch. Its like a automatic. $600ish add on. you don't need to use the clutch lever. just hit the gears.

@Picapacapopo - I just rebuilt the engine and have a new case. It had a huge hole behind the kickstart. It starts with one kick now. I has a LOT more power now as well.
