  • Very nice. The only thing i might have to say about it is that the bass II's might adjust their tone a little bit when they get down to the low notes. If you try and dip down and force the notes, it's going to sound, well, forced and possibly a little gravelly. Possibly put some breath over the sound and try to make the low notes sound natural and easy. That's the mark of a great singer. Overall, great job. You're a much better choir than many I've been in.

  • Exelent balance. Phrasing is a little rough though. Sounds rushed. So far this is the best version i've heard on Youtube out of about 20 or so.

  • Woah i have to say the Sopranos are quite excellent<3

  • wow !!! i'm a pro muso from Oz myself and i just spent a better part of 3 hours listening to versions of this songs by various choirs and outfits...i have to say: you blokes are smoking them all !!! BRAVO !!! that 'doing doing' in a bass line is a little questionable but otherwise...tastefull arangment and all...kudos to you !

  • You can really hear the words. These guys are good.

  • What a wonderful range of gentlemen, stayed in key pretty well, that's something most adults can't do in an A Capella choir, wonderful performance.

  • Ok im another chorus geek.. im a junior in highschool.. my choral director teaches us virbrato. i think if u added a lttle bit of virbrato it would just put the cherry on top. good tone nice speed. we're singing this for our choir. Just help helpfull advice. from one singer to another.

  • I don't think this song needs any vibrato. Some of the chords are very tight and adding vibrato would alter the sound and consequentially the dissonance in some places. Gentleman, great job without using vibrato.

  • Well that was my imput, and advice and i didnt mean it in a harsh way. and i said a little... not on the whole song. i do realize that the chords r tight because as i said before... im singing this song as well. which with vibrato it sounds very lovley. not that these guys didnt.

  • Well... I have to agree with AishiteruUchiha... (what a name. lol.. no offense) but no... i agree with her.. The bass doesn't need to be directing the whole time. I have sang in a choir since i was 5 years old, all the way through high school.. chamber, philharmonic, select, madrigals, state... I agree with her. cue in the others when needed. Like she said. Wonderful job. Tempo was on as well :) other videos i've seen there slow or fast. This one was on! GOOD JOB! and GOOD TONE! very good tone!

  • Choir Soprano and believe it or not those boys can do soprano notes Heh.. Wonderful Tone, though my only advice is that the Bass in the lower part that is the Conducter needs to know that you don't have to lead them constantly through the song, get to the Oo'ing and the tenor solo and help the others out by cueing them in at their time. But other then that, great job...

  • yeah who do you think you are correcting people. you either say these guys freakin rule or dont say anything miss lady

  • 1. I am a choir student and quite well in my class...2. You can always comment on how good they are or how bad that but you can also give them some advice....Don't get a huffy fit with me if you can't stand advice...

  • Can't believe the snarky comments on this....this is sublime....great job guys. jk

  • Amazing sound! I like the bass sound!

  • Marvellous mezzo-piano, vau, I like it. Robert B.

  • The director really needs to stand out front o the chorus cause him standing with the chorus is very distracting with him waving his hands all round

  • it's in tune!

    great job.

  • GREAT SOUND! Nice performance too!
