It's not 'banned'... the program directors just decided not to pick it up- probably along with scores of other videos you won't see on MTv.
I fail to see why anyone assumes that MTv not playing videos is the equivalent of censorship.
All they play anymore anyway is shows with a bunch of over privileged cum-stains not getting along in various group houses around the world.
