@queenhexa80 It was Harry's first assignment, you know. Tuvok had YEARS under his belt, Paris was former Starfleet, but Kim was fresh out of the Academy. Not that I LIKE the fact, but there's at least a reason WHY.
Then again, he probably got promoted right after they got back. "Your first assignment was 7 years long, and YOU helped a lot... Lieutenant."
