@MrMshade Na Aziz. Har chi Irani hast, avare karde. Irani mosalmoon, kalimi, masihi, zartushti, bahai. Va faghat az jomhoori eslami narahat nabash. Az oon olagha(pedaro madaranemon) k enghelab kardan 31 sal pish, va ma darim choobesho mikhorim.
When I hear this song I feel so close to Iran, Shahrzad has a sweet and powerful voice, is seen to have worked a lot in her songs and she knows very well contemporary Persian music.
Tehran has changed a lot since this song came out a decade ago, and it has changed for the worst.
This song makes me miss it so much, but I've been back again and even there, I still miss Tehran, the Tehran I left behind when this song came out. And it hurts even more, knowing that I can never see the Tehran of the past.
Back Then, people were a bit happier, the city was a bit less crowded, a bit less polluted and bit less tense a bit more organised...
We lived in Pirzadeh Street off Mirdamad. On snowy days we climbed to the top of Davoodieh Hills with Iranian and American kids, sit on plastic bags and slide down. It was wonderfull.
Lovely song ,brought tears to my eyes ...and sweet memories where I grew up in the 70s ,that looked very much like our roof top in Mirdamad where we played in the snow on the hills with all the American kids or football on the corner of Naft and Mirdamad ave... thanks a lot .

I think this is the best Iranian music video since the revolution. I loved it from the 1st time I saw it in 2001.
