The part at 29 seconds wasn't from The True Mirror; rather, it was from the last boss fight of Baten Kaitos Origins, "Powerful Voice of an Old Soul"

To just state the facts, the 2nd piece isn't a battle theme. It's the BGM for the 1st part of Tarazed. I think it's called Powerful Voice From an Old Soul. Anyway, it's really good!
