@rpgdressage Yep, it's impossible with a "naked" 7D to do any slow creeping zooms like this so all was done in post. Well spotted and cheers for the compliment!

very nice, what ISO were you running at in some of those shots? I find with my 7d i get quite grainy images even when i take it down to the very low end...

@2wenty4frames Long time ago I did this but from memory some of the low light shots were around ISO800, certainly not above 1200. If you need better low light get faster glass (I have an old ex OM1 Olympus 50mm F1.8 which, with a cheap EOS adapter off ebay, is amazing in low light).... or get a 5DMkII (or 1DMkiV!) for better low light performance - if the budget allows!
