Even though the numbers were most certainly less in April, I don't think that makes a difference. We still reach the same amount of people protesting with 30 people instead of 50. It limits how many fliers we can hold as well as other details, but that's about it.

Lesser numbers = FAIL only if success means number of bodies in the street. However, 30 people reaching 10000 publics is the same as 50 people reaching 10000 publics.
