@tanabe4 Hi, uhm no I cannot do that. I used to be able to use a vacuum cup on the inside of my navel and make it expand out for awhile,but since I gained weight I cant do that as well for some reason. I think due to my navel has become shallower.

wen u expanded ur belly, did it go back to normal shape and was it strechy, ur belly is MUCH bigger than before lol.

@fatstickslimz :Yes,my belly just goes back to normal size after I did that stuff. I'm out of practice now days. It would take me some time just to be able to get my insides trained back into being more stretchy again.
