  • ive been drinking it for 3 weeks (4 cups a day) now and my energy levels are up im waking up at better times and my bowel movements are much nicer so thumbs up for green tea

  • Its good for ur skin too, i drink it like morning and night then use the tea bag to my face coz i have some spot marks and yeah it did help!

  • Oolong tea (also known as wu long or wu yi) is 6 times more effective as a fat burner than Green tea is.

    Oolong tea is easy to find, in the asian section of most grocery stores, instead of the tea section. It's also very inexpensive. I usually buy the Sun Luck brand.

  • You can drink 5 cups a day. or buy high quality matcha from JAPAN, and drink about 1/2 cup measured of liquid and it being 10 times more healthy than standard brewed leaf. Dont consume dairy with green tea for it destroys the health benefits of it.

  • Well yes it does burn fat, but that is just because of the cafine content in which that increases your metobalism. Which indeed makes you loose weight because you burn more callories.

    But its not like its gunna be somthing you can visualy notice however. That is unless you drink green tea, excercise and diet to you will.

  • if you eat healthily and exercise then you can burn fat. you don't have to have green tea.

  • @PhOENiXDoWnz yeah of course, just eat heardy food, work out maybe 2-4 times a week or 2-3, maybe drink some grean tea every day. And you'll notice a big differance.

    Just think "Hearty" not healthy....

    Hearty like... good ass veggies/fruits n shit. And good ass whole grains n stuff, thats al you need.

    you eat that and excercise you'll be a boss!
