yeah that's why i hate evans; he should have lost that and the griffin fight. yet, he talks a lot of smack about how he is undefeated. Machida is truly undefeated though, nobody has come close. even fedor has almost lost a couple fights.

The only person who will defeat Lyoto Machida will be someone who goes outside of the "boxing" box and modifes their striking skills to counter his. Alot of the guys "boxing" with Machida have remained confident in their boxing skills and will not modify their gameplans to counter him. Machida is a reflexive, speed counterstriker and someone who mixes up their combos with alot of fakes and inside dirty boxing will make headway with him. As it stands now, his lateral movement is his game.

It'll be a good fight for the both of them but I still see Machida inching out a victory on that one but it's going to be a tough fight for Machida as Tito has always been the gatekeeper to the top of the division.

It was a hard fight, but my training decided the fight because it was really hard, and he just wanna thank his family, midway and a lot of other guys that helped him getting where he´s now, and some important guys gave him the trophy :P

Man this Wanderley is one fucking stupid idiot... at the end of the 2nd round he could hardly stand anymore from the crushing lowkicks plus he had NOTHING to use effectively against Machida. Any fighter with an intact brain would have quit at that point.

Anyways another impressive display of Machida's Bruce-Lee-like broken rythm and deceptive style of fighting.

He's actually a Kyokushin Karate practioner and a pretty skilled one at that. They have a different style of fighting but can easily hold up against kickboxers and MT guys.

Great fight, Lyoto was nice and fluid all the way. Dimitri just gave up and made a pussy out of himself in the end. BTW after this fight Lyoto's catch fraze could be "What are you gonna do - bleed on me???" ;]
