hey i was wondering if you put vineiger in you sause to keep from the sauce from going bad also i has seen people put lemon juice in it but i dont know what it is for i think to keep the sauces color
@MrJpm383 NOOOO! DON'T! if you want add a little salt, salt will remove the moisture, and it won't go bad cause you boil the jars! the lid snaps shut...like in the stores!

oh wow...you guys leave the seeds from the tomatos in? its better when you take the water and seeds out it makes the sauce thicker!
