  • hey i was wondering if you put vineiger in you sause to keep from the sauce from going bad also i has seen people put lemon juice in it but i dont know what it is for i think to keep the sauces color

  • @MrJpm383 NOOOO! DON'T! if you want add a little salt, salt will remove the moisture, and it won't go bad cause you boil the jars! the lid snaps shut...like in the stores!
