What people dont understandabout shooting is that in this case he did not kill them, the bullet from the gun pierced them and killed them not him, yes he was responsible but he did not kill them, this can apply for all gun cases, you could only really say someone has killed someone if they beat them to death with bare fists or kick them to death.

Right?...In China nobody has guns and a man killed 10 kids at a school with a kitchen knife...People do crazy shit with what they have.
