omg FYE is the best my black ops got the scrathed ring around it and gamestop said they have it used for 50$ and they sent us to FYE and the made my game brand spankin new for 3.10c
I work at an FYE, We don't use any machines or fix the discs after we take them back, the reason they are scratch free is because we will not take ANYTHING from a person selling back product if it has the tiniest scratch in it. Also we will not take back any video games unless they have all the original cases, artwork, and game instruction bookelts. People complain b/c we are sooo strict but...we gurantee the product to our customers.
The reason they are probably scratch free, there was this place I used to go to clean my video games, got an incredibly deep scratch out, i was so impressed, they probably have a similiar machine that cleans it, plus they probably order new manuals and cases and/or case lables so it looks brand new ^_^
