the ArcSoft MediaImpressions is not compatible with Mac. Will the ArcSoft work at all, or will it not import the videos from the camera when you connect it?

BTW Kodak does not support the use of the software only the installation and connectivity of the camera. You may want to contact ArcSoft directly. I would try unistalling and then reinstalling the software first.

did the arcsoft program upload correctly into ur mac? Because I have a windows and the arcsoft program is not working I have to take out the memory card and put it in a memory card reader to get it on but I would like to have the editting program that arcsoft provides...

Lake Powell Utah gave the camcorder a workout that you should see. Videos made in a rocking boat that are still viewable, and better than other cameras we've tried. Most impressive were the stills we extracted. Keep the camcorder on a Foam Float so it can't sink! See my channel for review video.

What do you mean by "uploaded right from the camera"? Is there a way, when connecting it to the pc via usb, to upload directly from the camera without ever using the PC's keyboard or mouse?

I downloaded the video straight to my mac using the provided USB cable, then uploaded straight to YouTube, no editing.

I uploaded right from the camera, no editing at all. The video was shot in 720p if I remember correctly.
