I'm quite sure in a Berserker Eva vs nanoha the result would depend on nanoha's age.

if it's the child we see at the first season... the eva would probably win (I'm not sure) but vs the full grown Nanoha... not even the combined force of all eva units would do anything against her. the adult white devil can't be defeated (she's so cute you will be forced to become her friend)
