I cant believe it - I've been stuck trying to learn this song for months, looking at useless covers on youtube and now you save the day - once again. You're bloody hell teaching me an entire bob dylan repertoar. So grateful.
@figtr33 Glad to help - back in 1965 I bought the music book "Another Side of Bob Dylan - Recorded Hits" by Witmark & Sons, New York. It cost 15 shillings then (the price of a decent mobile phone now) and it gave me the sheet music along with the chords Ab, Db and Eb to play in standard tuning. Ear defenders and a blindfold would have been more useful. Good luck with the song!
This was FANTASTIC!!! I can hardly wait now to give it a go. I could never figure out how the song got it's sound...it never occurred to me about open tuning AND a capo! Thank you so much Jim!
btw...if you're not a teacher outside of YouTube, you missed your calling. You really covered everything so well.
@Gingerjake2 Thank you very much Kristeneaux, and good luck with the song. Part 2 will be up soon.
btw.... I didn't miss my calling; I do miss the students; I don't miss the policy-makers and the nonsense that went with it. Thanks for your endorsement!
This song makes me laugh ha. I live in Oxford.

Great song. They finally got the last of the convictions in 2005, 41 years later.
