They were unlawful combatants who targeted civilians. Because of that and the fact they admitted it, these combatants should have a military trial and hung.

It the gov't is putting Khalid Mohammed on trial then that means there is a possiblility of acquital. If he is acquited will the gov't let him go? Certainly not. So then, why is he being tried? Answer: This a political show trial.
