  • Owen Harris is guilty of treason and should be treated as such.

  • What a FREAK!

  • the perfect solution is liberty money. gold and silver is real currency. everything is fake.

  • it is true. there is only one legal currency. however, "Lawful money" is gold or silver or what two people are willing to trade.

  • @bradq Absolutely. We as Americans need to form networks and communities based around Trading goods & services avoiding unconstitutional income and sales tax. Trade is the way to go locally.

Example: The Smith family has a summer's worth of tomatoes and chard for you in exchange for fixing some plumbing, or changing the brakes on their car.

  • i have been identified by a federal law enforcement as a "Constitutional type activist". It is in the national database. I am very proud of myself.

  • Let me see if I got this straight. To be a Ron Paul supporter, I need to break the law, get arrested for it, and then whine about how I'm not "free" in a free country? Come again?

  • I want a Ron Paul gold coin.

  • "there is only one legal currency in the united states"..... that is false

Just read the Coinage Act of 1965

  • How about this. All of us, yes every single one of us, do not vote. What would happen? What do you think would happen. The Government wants us to vote. Hmmmm, do you ever wonder why? Most things that the Government urges us to do, we probably not do. Give it some thought.

  • We can't used Canadian dollars in America?

  • Arm yourself with truth like Alex Jones and fight these people! I'm ready to go old school like they had to before the internet and make some flyers and pass them around! I got banned from Twitter today BTW!

  • Arm yourself with truth like Alex Jones and fight these people! I'm ready to go old school like they had to before the internet and make some flyers and pass them around!

  • The craziest part is that the Liberty Dollar is perfectly legal according to Title 18. It is only illegal to counterfeit money, put "legal tender" on it, or to mint coins similar to US or foreign coins (because they could be used to fool vending machines). Multiple Treasury officials have stated that the Liberty Dollar is completely legal. This is just another sad case where the feds show themselves to be nothing more than thieves and criminals.

  • I am a former Police Officer who fled the USSA. When I worked at the Mall of America (Bloomington, MN) we received an intelligence bulletin from DHS (Department of Homeland Security). It said that anyone with a Ron Paul bumper sticker, Don't Tread on Me Flag, Anti-Federal Reserve/Tax protesters, Libertarians, Anti-Government Bumper Stickers, people who carry or mention the US Constitution, and even returning veterans were all possible domestic terrorists + should be scrutinized. I left US

  • @msungs I think about it but Im going to stay and fight this crap!

  • The use of silver and gold as currency will gain momentum if people are willing to use it to barter between individuals. Bullion coins will be very useful for this.

  • Thx Ridley!

  • As usual, you are right in this post. Trouble was that the conspirators also know what you know, that in a country where there is both reliable money and phoney/fiat money that "good money drives out bad." The counterfeiters and organized criminals who run the FED don't like comptition, so naturally they send their goon squad to arrest those competiting to drive out the competition for one of their heros of the past, John D. Rockefeller said, "competition is a sin." RN

  • Good job sir. I support you folks. Keep that great work up, BUT remember, the cabal will punish you if you keep this up. God bless you and yours. RN

  • Am I the only person that thinks Ennis looks a lot like Charlie Manson? Just sayin'.

  • They desteoyed the Liberty Dollar , cause this Liberty Dollar was getting more and more powerfull , People saw what it means to have sound money ...

It is stabilizing factor in the society ....

While Dollar loosing value Liberty Dollar is raising in VAlue ... and it would soon overtake the dollar in USA ... That is why They Destroyed IT .

  • if we win against the fed we will win the battle but the war will be much much longer and harder than i think we can possibly imagine.

  • They should go to jail. And, they and Ron Paul should be raped.

  • @tupahc You're a troll. Get the hell out of here.

  • @Cstrife234 You're a fag...go back to sucking dick...

  • @tupahc TROLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

  • They don't want you to challenge the corrupt FED.

  • you are one of the worlds biggest fools a retard if I saw one atchisr. You mama must have given birth to you through her anus.

  • @MrJetco I'm not sure if you were for, or against this video...or the use of currency other than fake paper money debt IOUs traded for bonds.

  • Under the constitution no money that is not gold or silver is legal tender, now there are no longer any gold or silver certificates in circulation just fraudulent federal reserve notes. Why then are there no arrests made at the federal reserve? This would be the the actual crime not the liberty dollars sale of gold or silver, they ARE legal currency under the constitution. As well the copper is actually copper, not copper plated zinc like the phoney federal reserve penneys.

  • The Liberty Dollar is not counterfeit because nobody could confuse it with the federal reserve note, or any US copper-nickel coins.

This is not a raid, it is a robbery of a legal product. Anyone can be arrested, but they will not be convicted because they are not guilty of any crime. They are in an excellent position to sue for false arrest.

Sworn law enforcement personnel who took part in this "raid" could be prosecuted for violating the rights of an American citizen.

  • LMAO ! This is total whacko stuff. The clowns minting this "money" are intentionally trying to deceive people that their medallions are a form a currency to be accepted by everyone. This is not competition, it's fraud.

BTW, there is no inherent difference with silver, paper, rocks used as money. Bet these "mint" people don't issue copper pennies and nickels, given the value of the metal is more than what the money is worrth.

  • No, non-redeemable, inflationary paper that is forced on the American people through legal tender laws is fraud.

Inflation is stealing. Inflation is what governments and central banks do when they print worthless paper. If you or I do it, it's called counterfeiting.

The Constitution says, "no state shall make any substance but gold and silver a tender in payment of debt".

  • Oh god, you whackos quoting the constitution . ....Yeah, no state is issuing it's own currency, that's the point of the Federal government doing it.

As for anyone confusing Liberty dollars with real currency, heck, looks confusing to me. Good luck with that argument before a jury because no Judge would dismiss this case on that.

  • Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution gives the specified powers of Congress, which includes COINING money, and regulating it's value. There is no power to create a central bank to issue non-redeemable notes.

Congress does not coin money and regulate its value, other than minor coins, Regardless of what a jury might decide, I am telling you what the law is, the Supreme Law of the Land, the Constitution. And every public servants swears to uphold it.

  • That "whacko" constitution only allows for actually silver and gold to be used as money in the U.S. How dare anyone challenge the Federal Reserve... I mean, us peasants should know our place. I guess the constitution should be discarded so the rich elites can solidify their control and enact whatever they want.? You be the slave.

  • Yeah? Exactly what the fuck is wrong with quoting the constitution. You're a fucking idiot. I'd try to straighten you out on this, but to teach you would be to help you, and you don't fucking deserve it. Bitch...

  • @robertmike57 Now anyone who talks about the constitution and sound money is "white trash?" You've been watching too much MSNBC there guy.

  • @robertmike57 Do you know what an ad hominem attack is? Its when you have no evidence, or fact to back up your claims and get people to believe your side over the other, so you personally attack the individual. You've just proven to everyone that your point is null and void. Go and bother someone else.

  • They will never be able to get rid of this as a currency. Its gold, silver, and copper. You might as well tell people "Its now illegal to pretend like cocaine has value, there took care of that one". They have intrinsic value, they will always be treated as valuable just because of the metal they are made of.

They're worth more than fiat money, which could crash any day now. When the fiat dollar becomes worthless this could be the only thing that saves our nation.

  • ok so if they are worth 20 bucks why are they 24? I understand they are silver and what not but still they should either be 20 bucks or just under. i would buy them and use them if i wasn't having to pay to use it.

  • The Liberty Dollar project is such a pure and ethical and peaceful endeavor. I cannot think of a better idea and process to fix our financial trouble as well as our erosion of Liberty and Rights. Through the Liberty Dollar, if not stiffled by the primitive brutes, would be and excellent and painless way to transition from the debt based fraudulent banking system of tyranny we now live under to a truly free market system based on property, Rights, and Reason.

  • This video makes an important illustration. That is that in a truly free market where the government is properly relegated to its legitimate purpose of protecting Individual Rights, Equally before the law, a malignant monopoly cannot exist. Only through the use of force and physical violence (Government compliance and/or legalistic justification)can a monopoly exist. A natural monopoly can exist through efficient practices but this damages no one. The Fed is able to do damage because of law.

  • What is really awful is that no one really knows anymore what a dollar is. It has no definition. It has been given over to an arbitrary power of an arbitrary setter of values. The people who really give the dollar value are those who produce goods to trade for that FRN. The law of supply and demand will not be conned. To keep the value of a FRN, producers have to produce as much as the FED prints out money. When they can't keep up the FRN looses value. Counterfeiters (the FED) are insatiable.

  • For the life of me... I can't imagine any grounds to arrest someone for owning silver or even crafting it into a seriers of coins. It's not a crime. However, arresting someone without just cause IS A CRIME. You're absolutely right... abiding by the law carries a harsher sentence than breaking the law.

  • as the economy goes under ground the fed /irs will fight any and all challenges to its fiat dollar. Im not sure about a paper version of these new money but the silver ones would be a wise investment as they actually have value. The stuff in our wallet is better used in the restroom but as long as businesses take it then they value it so it is what it is. Bartering is where its at. Ridley needs to take all of his stuff and make it into a movie that we can download or buy id like to see all tied

  • Land of the free?

    What a load o' bollox!

  • If Ron Paul ever became President or got too close the Central Bank (the Federal Reserve as Federal as Federal Express) would have him assassinated (maybe even if he's not close) like the Central Bank did Lincoln in when he tried to print the debt-free Greenback or when Kennedy (killed by the Fed) tried to continue to print the debt free United States Note. The Banksters get their way + have their puppet/marionette "Owe"bama. End the Fed. Ron Paul is a modern day founding Father.

  • What?? Are you kidding??? You'd rather be paid with fiat currency? Gold has intrinsic value the ONLY reason its over $900 an ounce is because the DOLLAR has LOST its value. Before Nixon, one ounce of gold was $40. That's the true value of gold. But what, now, is the true value of the dollar? It's relative to what the FED prints. I'd rather use this money than the mickey-mouse monopoly money you think is legal tender: but it is made to enrich a banking elite, and kill your savings!

  • go on up man! I think the flavor today is grape! Ain't that good kool aid? Keep on drinkin!

  • Maybe they should have made their money square or in the shape of triangles than how could they say that the money looks like the feds.

  • The constitution says the feds money is illegal doesn't it? And if it is it is just more proof that the elite are running the show and that what we see and hear in the Media is just theater for the conditioned masses.

  • Section 1 Article 10 of the Constitution:

    No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts;

If it's silver or gold, it IS legal to print state money.

  • Competition is good unless it is against the government.

  • This is intolerable! We should write into amnesty international because this guys is definitely a political prisoner.

    We should save him!

  • People should just start using generic one ounce silver rounds to trade with - nothing illegal about that. Liberty Dollar made a lot of mistakes. I don't agree with what the government is doing, but the Liberty Dollar folks could have avoided this if they had competent legal advice from day one. Nothaus just jumped in with both feet. I hope they have a defense attorney who understands the Federal Reserve system and this country's monetary history.

  • i'm a dem

but i kinda like ron paul

but i hear his supporters are on a terriost list!

    sad realy

but remember he is one of them!

  • Its all about the freedom!

  • this just proves that we as a people have the power right now to rise against and peacefully take this world and make it ours again. but our governments are so greedy, powerful, and tyrannical to make it easy. it wouldn't be easy anyways.

  • I don't UNDERSTAND this.

  • Anything can be used as currency. Whether it be barter for services, products, or federal reserve notes.

  • USSA

  • I like the option of the LIberty Dollar but when the mafia (feds) can come in and destroy the thing it makes me have to keep using my fake money.

  • While I agree real money is needed based on Constitutional gold and silver, I don't think the "Liberty Dollar" is right. I was under the impression that the Constitution clearly says that Congress (not the general public) has the power to coin and regulate the value of such coinage. Of course, they aren't really coining anything valuable- but I think the point remains that government coins money, not individuals.

  • who coins money did you say?!

  • The government does not coin money as such. They just create any amount, out of thin air, whenever they needs it to pay for their promises. Promises that's worth as much as the air from wich the money is magically extracted. Printing money like this is just another way to tax people. This is clearly in conflict with the constitution. The role of the constitution is to protect the citizens rights from a corrupted state and/or government.

  • I'm not against sound money. I'm very much for it. But you have to understand how I'm looking at this. These folks are advocating the idea of *government* coining sound money with the *absence of government* from coining money. That's how the government is looking at it, and they are being charged with such.

I can't blame the government for going after these people, but it is kind of funny that they have to, since any arrest is the government basically admitting guilt.

  • These Individuals have just as much right as the Fed Res does to coin money. Private Banks are run by private individuals...

  • Does anyone know if this story was covered on the news? If it was I missed it. In not, I want to know why.

  • george4title was suspended (?!) for a video showing he could pay shopping with junk silver few days ago

  • Are they really trying this shit again?

  • spending lawful money in the public is promoting treason. Dont believe me? try to pay a court clerk with gold or silver

  • Well they went up in value because there backed by silver/gold and were in a recession. Those minerals skyrocket during a recession and will drop like a rock after the recovery. Not downing those people but the Liberty Dollars are a dumb idea. Hope they don't go to jail. Might write my representative about it.

  • Have you any better ideas? Liberty dollars are working just fine for me.....there are many stores, companies and people in NH using them to great success......As well as I understand that 26 states +/- ( I read a couple of weeks ago...may have changed since) are using alternative currencies in their major cities. I can't and don't see it as a bad thing, especially compared to the "legal tender" that we carry...Peep's need to cut up there credit cards...stop spending what they do not have !

  • it is legal to offer private alternative currencies, especially gold and silver coins. no federal reserve trademarks were infringed, the federal reserve doesn't even off gold/silver coins.

  • This is so funny, real money illegal.

I wish I could sit in on that jury.

  • Thanks Dave.

    Keep fighting the good fight!

  • C'mon folks Kennedy was going to do this. I support the idea of utilizing true currencies rather than the Fed-Dollar.... oh crap he is Canadian? well they shouldn't have to do the Americans work, we should follow his example anyway....

  • Thank you, Dave. This is a very good video. You are correct about the Federal Justice System. It's a self serving racket with govt. appointed judges acting as gods.

  • Here's the flaw in the Fed statement. Checks are passed as money. Coupons are used as money. Lots of things are used as money.

I know the Military Commissions Act has outlawed barter. But the can kiss my ass and keep my bullets, if the think they can enforce that bullshit.

  • go Dave go

  • Why cant Kevin use a notary and certified mail to serve an affidavit on the FBI agent that arrested him?

In the letter couldn't he hold the agent to his oath by asking him, have you sworn to protect and defend the U.S. Constitution, specifically article 1 section 10 and doesn't this apply to you and your agency?

Wait for the response or non-response then go see a grand jury with the results of how the agent answered.

Just curious. Can anybody answer that for me?

    Thanks.

  • Good call. Only snag I see is the notary not being able to properly identify him to receive a U.S. stamp on a statement.

  • ihad no idea there was R/P silver dollar darn..

  • this is no longer (and really never has been) just a NH issue... the network must not stop at state lines. Your passion and expertise needed many more places too....Sorry Dave, know that we do love you.

  • G4T MIA... his last video was buying groceries in SoCal with junk silver.

He and the grocer were sucessful in thier transaction.

  • We should all start using Monopoly money; at least it's backed by metal game pieces.

  • Monopoly money is what the fed provides. Just start using silver and/or gold, and just ignore the government. If this picks up they are screwed...well, they are screwed anyway the way things are going at the moment.

  • No, Monopoly money is backed by metal and plastic game pieces, which is more than can be said for our current system.

  • I guess you're right. Plastic and cheap metal outvalues thin air and empty promises by a mile.

  • LOL

  • There IS NO single legal form of money in the USA. We ALL know that the Federal Reserve fiat notes are NOT constitutionally acceptable forms of money. Congress didn't mint or affix the values. The Federal Reserve is not Federal and there is NO reserve. Gold/silver does not back the fiat notes. There's likely no gold in fort knox anyway. I'm willing to bet that the gold is in England's custody today. The Fed and fiat money is a GIGANTIC lie.

  • I am so saddened by this news. I am praying for them...

  • That won't help. Start using Liberty Dollars or any other non-fed currency. That will help.

  • we have to do something!!

  • Yeah, you have to start using the Liberty Dollar.

  • yes, the first step is the unification of all currencies

  • i guess fed jew ben benanke wants no competition for this enslaving moneymaking operation.. with all political correctness and all the selfcensorship i have to say its really hard not to believe in a conspiracy of jews to take over and enslave the world if you know all the people behind the curtain like the rothschilds, kissingers, greenspans, son of a zionist terrorist emanuel rahm, warbugs, lehman brothers, goldman sachs and so on ._.

  • end the fed res , call ur congressmen to support HR 1207

  • I met Kevin at the 2009 Liberty Dollar. I hope he's alright.

I would agree that he needs to be added to Mail-to-Jail. I'll try contacting MIke Barskey and see what we could do to get his information on this situation. I had no idea he was still in jail.

    Thanks Dave.

  • srry bout the profanity Dave.

  • this makes my blood boil, why the FUCK is this allowed to happen with little or no opposition? I know N.H. liberty activists are doing what they can, but what about the rest of the country? the world? what the FUCK IS GOING ON where we cant even trade in competing metals, for crying out loud!!!???!!! FUCK THE FED RES!!!!

  • Just ignore the government and use what you want.

  • not true, any standard can be introduced, only it will be not a legal tender people HAVE to accept. If they not used the name dollar but something like "standard trader" they would be fine in most countries, I would think even the US, because you are free to accept goods as barter, and think about the coins you can buy in clubs or at the car wash

  • Along with international loans the practice you speak of flops a country even MORE the reason many countries sink because that is an illegal practice if the money can not be traded properly than it is illegal.

  • Money laundering is the act of dismatling the governments currency and disrupting any banking institution. How does this pay taxes it is like you are trying to avoid paying taxes that is a crime. I use to work for a bank.

They have been doing this NH currency since 1998. Could this be why our money is devaluing? I do not know but the U.S. dollar is a very big currency and it devaluing can hurt many countries world wide. I am just stating facts.

  • again it is not illegal as long as you do not pretend it is fiat money, but that will not be told to you at the bank, I am a registered tax consultant and all clients know I do accept gold and silver, and it is not illegal at all

  • Dollar is devaluing because of printed money backed by nothing...

  • The crime is printing green pieces of paper, calling them money, forcing people to accept them, then devaluing them by increasing their supply.

You want to force people to get the UN's permission to provide folks a voluntary alternative to this?

  • @PrimeReality the dollar is pretty much an IOU, you can trade IOUs if there exepted by the person. so new money should be ok to trade if exepted, there is no law against them

  • @patriotfreedomfigher Not pretty much. It is an IOU to pay an IOU. lol Don't sell yourself short brother.

  • @Cstrife234 thats fine, i plan to stock up on guns , medical supplies and food/ seeds so when the crap hits the fan, ill have real wealth

  • @PrimeReality

the money you have right now is useless unless other people will accept it. a $20 bill does nothing. it's worth something only because people agree that it is worth something. gold is only worth something because people agree that it is worth something. if i could convince people that gum was worth something, than it makes just as much sense as using any other currency. what about trading? if two people agreed radishes could be used as money, should we arrest them for using it?

  • @TombaFanatic The $20 bill can be traded to someone else to buy something, but all you do by trading dollars is trading debt. You're not actually off-setting the "public" debt, you're just making it worse. Blame the Roosevelts.

  • @PrimeReality Um, dude you do realise the only reason for coinage is to set a specific value to a certain weight and purity of silver or gold, right? It doesn't matter if it has a face stamped on it or not. A silver coin with no face, is still silver and has value. Your points are invalid. Try again when you check into reality.
