It is wonderful that his boy's voice and this lovely folk song sung even before I drew my first breath can move me so much. This is the beauty of love between the nations and generations that is the hope of our world.
@ifuliki If he was born in 1972 he is only slightly yuonger than me so I wish to correct my statement but this song and the voice sends chills up by spine.
Great music and voice. A favourite Norwegian religious folk song of mine is Den bortkomne sauen (the lost sheep). It's the main theme from the film Fargo, and features on Bukkene Bruses Feleber CD - also featuring Moen Bergset but not in that song. But back in 86, Moen Bergset recorded the same tune as a treble on the album Den litle fuglen. My question is: has anybody got that? I'd love to hear it.
found this through windir too and i´m glad of that because that version here is f*cking beautiful too :) I love scandinavia ^^

Frosk72!
I didn't say that he was 20-25 years old!
I said that the recording was 20-25 years old...
There's a big difference...

Oh man I just cann`t believe how great way your photos match with song or alternately pure natural view with human built cultural landscape.
One of those artful presentation again or I need some tissue again.
I thank you.

The recording is quite old. I think it's from the middle or late 80's - 20 - 25 years old. But he still got quite a 'light' voice...

1986 exactly.

Arve Moen Bergset is born in 1972, so he's not 20-25 years in this recording..
