You have got to be kidding me. Why didn't you folks do composting toilets throughout your home? It's much easier and if you do waterless then you don't have a need for a drain. A septic system is still polluting the environment where a composting toilet allows us to return our own waste, and urine, back to the earth to fertilise as it should.
I don't think anybody will respond any more on this, once you involve the state or county in your privet biss you open yourself up to ( who has equitable title, the state always assumes they do BC of your birth certificate, there is no law its only equity, actionable fraud by the government.
I went thru the "Perc Test" thingy when I built my place. Fortunately I did the test first and found that where I wanted to place the house would have cost me an additonal $10,000 for all the excavation and additional septic pumping equipment. So I said to my excavator "Well last I knew S_ _ t always slid down hill so the house goes up there." It was a great choice as I have a view of the valley at large.
What if you could build a Monolithic dome with 2,600 sq ft of living space, costs 10% of a the average home to build, and provides protection and efficiency from its 24in thick wall? Watch A HOME FIT FOR ROYALTY

It is a process! Would love to see an update. Also, what will the swelling of the bags do to the final finish coat on the exterior and interior?
