tengo diferente opinion deberian los promotores en monterrey complacer a su gente y hacer festivales tejanos pero no con solo 2 o 3 bandas porke esoo seria un baile y no un tejanofest y la raza de alla se lo merece

¿porque este tipo de festivales no hay aqui en monterrey mexico? a toda madre seria volver a escuchar a tony en vivo. aqui vino y se dio cuenta del arrastre que tiene su musica. repito ¿porque no hay estos festivales aqui? seria increible ver artistas tejanos en algun tour para la gente que conoce esta musica y no puede viajar. aqui hay gente hace bailes con grupos disque tejanos, pero realmente no lo son. es un fraude y la gente es engañada,esta musica tiene historia. al cruzar el rio bravo.

Joe Ramos unfortunately is in prison not sure on what kind of charges he was out for a few years trying to rebuild back into the music industry but didnt last long enough a few years back. Yes Joe Ramos is the man with the vocie without a doubt and he actually started off with paulino bernal*on one dance night my dad was not able to sing and Joe step in and history was in the making*and for paloma Negra my uncle Adan De La Rosa is the origianl singer for that song *Penny

Yeah i knew that he started off with Bernal. Didn't know he wasn't the voice behind Paloma negra. I knwo for sure he's the voice behing de La rosas most famous song, "Cancion del Preso". I got to see Joe ramos with a band called Joe ramos y Ellos. They were amazing. They had an accordionist that played just like Paulino and the vocals between joe ramos and the other singer sounded so much like Bernal. I hope Joe ramos comes back.

Ms. De La Rosa, I was told a story by my father once, in which he said your father and my uncle, Americo Valdez were good friends when they were younger. Apparently my uncle played in place of your dad for a few shows when he had gone to the service. Any knowledge of this? My uncle just passed away a few weeks ago, and my father has been gone for some time. Just wanted some insight. I grew up on your fathers music. It keeps me company here in L.A. away from my family in Texas.
