  • cool

  • what size pinion were you running in the vid? Iv got myself a vendetta with a 5400kv and 3s lipo. bought it second hand and i think its got an 11 tooth pinion. goes like lightning but yours seems very wheely happy compared to mine. do you think thats down to the lower kv motor having more low end?

  • those tree's look like dicks

  • How do you think this setup would do in the Detta SC?

  • How hot does it get? How much is that 2S pack? I've seen Duratrax's 2S 1600ma pretty cheap. Wicked set up man, thinking I'm going SC and that esc/motor.

  • Great video!

    5/5*

    0:26

    Those bushes look weird mommy!!!!!

    LMFAO

  • Was that robert plant??? lol

  • This is by far the best vendetta st video on YouTube period !!!...... I got one tha other day hope to have as much fun with her as I do my 1/8 scale... Check out my video if you want to see it...

  • What tires and rims are those from

  • one question please

if im not wrong, the vendeta motor saft diameter is 2.3mm

and ammo motors use, 3.17- 3.20mm saft diameter....

then, what pinion gear did you bought????

thanks again for your time, sorry my english!!

  • waat wheels are you running waat wheels can you put on thoose and waat battery do you recomend on a stock st?

  • thaks for you time

more likely you will like the new

mini revo from traxxas , brushless too

its a big biger and incredible

but i think this vendetta is ..perfect

    congratulations ,

    thaks!!!

  • are you sure , the batteries are only 2s????

    or the motor 3900 kv

    it seems 3s with 6000kv

    amazing!!!

  • Yep, 2s 3900kv... not as controllable with 3s but fast on the straights...

  • i think vendetta 1/18 is so better than

    associated 1/18 r,t mt series ,

    isnt it?

i did not know this size brushless motor exixts (ammo)

do you use metalic diferecial parts , and transmison or stock is enought to yours bash sessions

    thanks very much!!

i think i will replace my assoc 1/18 mt for this one

  • True, I have the associated 1/18 mt too and it doesn't compare to the Vendetta, specially if both are stock.

I am using stainless ball diffs, but the stock parts held up ok if I was careful. Dratrax made good on their parts warranty every time too!

You will like the Vendetta, even right out of the box, just ditch the crappy battery they give you!

  • @cristianoid i dont think vendetta is better than rc18 series, like the mt , b , r, i have a rc18r and the the chassis is much lightter stock, but had to upgrade to a sidewinder motor and esc, and running at 10/55, damn im happy with it,

  • nice car, very practical and usable. i put a 8000kv motor and 3s lipo ( 2300mA) but i later down sized to motor to a 4400 ( 8000 was way over kill) lol it did a 5x backflip, on the spot...the wheelied down the street lol lol lol lol

  • Nice Car, Cool Video & Music. What's the title?

  • Wicked cool video. You have some nice trucks :)

  • where did you get your 35 tooth spur gear

  • Was running 13/45 gears... stock gearing

  • how fast is it

    my car goes 119kmh

  • Short of chasing it with a car I have no way to really measure it... What did you use?

  • with a radar gun.

why aren´t you uppgrading your car with any aluminium parts.

My shark is almost completley aluminiun. how much hav you spent on your car I´w spent to much om mine

  • I put some aluminum in there initially, then removed it as it slowed the car down due to the added weight. Plastic is lighter and more flexible, I think better than aluminum for certain parts. The drive train is all steel as are the parts that usually take the hardest beatings...

  • Thanks!

  • tuvix what tires are you running? Thanks :).

  • HPI Rally

Check the links in the description for all the details... page 3 I think wraps it up...

  • the ammo 3900 can handle the amps the sidewinder puts out?

  • Sure, the Ammo larger than the Mamba motors it's made for...

  • flippin heck thats one good crash and one amazing stadium truck

  • it really makes you want to reconsider buying a stock 1/8 truggy for the same price after all of the modifications.

  • how much did it cost for the motor package like the motor and esc or reciever?

  • ESC and Motor ran about $80 each... All up it was around a $500 upgrade.

  • dude were you ok after that hit? sound like you got the wind knocked out of u

  • Was a buddy of mine... he was OK but it left a mark on his face for a week...

  • are the diffs stock

  • No, they are DTX Steel ball diffs.

  • where do u get them and do they fit the duratrax mini quake?

  • he must of been mad

  • what is the gearing?

  • 19/45 gearing

  • What gearing do you use???

  • cool car..

what wheels/tires are u using.? looking good!

  • HPI Rally tires and HPI wheels. There more details in the links posted in the description... Thanks

  • hey nice video

i just got the same rc and its great

i see u have a great planes brushless motor installed. But how can u use it since its a rc plane motor?

  • only 10 minutes runtimes? what battery charger do you use? i want to run exact same setup any othe battery suggestions? cheers

  • I use a Triton mostly. It depends on the amp draw, on the road or dirt I can run it for close to 15 minutes but on the grass it really consumes a lot more juice! These are the best batteries I have found so far though.

  • the trees at 0:30 look like penis's LOL =P

  • outstanding vst What are your run times on/off road?

  • Havent timed it really, I'd guess 10 minutes on the grass track...

  • a few questions, what are temps like?

durability issues? how are the diffs and the spur?

  • Two months into it, everything has held out well. The ESC remains cold regardless what I do, the motor heats up a little.. you can keep your finger on it for 5 secs or so after a full battery pack. Diffs are fine, but rear is starting to sound rough, may just need cleaning and lube. Spur is still original, in perfect condition. The ESC is programmed to start "softly" which is likely the reason why everything is holding up so well.

  • great. thanks. would you reccomend buying onw with a mamba 6800 combo? what are your overall impressions of the car? have you broken anything, if so what?

    thx

  • Not really... the ST is heavier than many other 1/18 scale trucks and the smaller mamba motor combos seem to be heating up quite a lot on this car. Plus the Sidewinder 1/10 scale ESC is priced the same and can handle a lot more current. Nothing I've upgraded has broken yet... I broke a steering arm on a cartwheel and a shock absorber and front suspension arm plate when I hit the cameraman. Other than that, many bald tires :-)

  • 1:58 ouch!! I ran into my friend once too and he was wearing sandals...it wasnt pretty. you should get some video of it on the track (saw it on rcuniverse)
