  • awesome right hand

  • @e7eb7 Thank you! :)

  • holy cow man, you are a beast!!!!!! congrats, this is a real feat here. but i have a question, in the alberty base pattern bottom top middle top, the one that begins at 1:13, is that played on one string or over two strings?

  • @charvinaldo Thank you very much!!!

From 1:13 to 1:33 everything is played on the B-String (or Bb, it's tuneds down a half step). Then it involves the high e string as well.

  • @yxvq ok cool. thanks a lot for responding. another thing i noticed is that you have posted some of your own songs on your profile. i've been thinking about putting up some recordings but im afraid they will be stolen. what do you think i should do?

  • @charvinaldo I would definitely do it! Even if there is the possibility of someone stealing ideas from you, youtube is a great way to have more people listen to your compositions. In the end musicians want to haven people listen to them and enjoy their music. So I would recommend to take the risk and get your songs out to the world.

  • nice

    good job dude

    Rusty cooley fucking Ruuuuules :D

  • Thank you very much! I appreciate it! :D

Yeah, Rusty definitely belongs to the kings of strings!!! :D

  • yep dude :D

check out some of My RC covers ;)

  • Hey, i forgot. Just need a little bit of practice on the three string sweeps.

And got any tips to play that thing at 0:20 all picked ? (Not sure how you call it... I'm not an north american, sorry)

And give a try at Loomis songs. Would be cool!

Take care and keep raping the guitar.

  • Thanks for subscribing!!! :D

You mean that scale run? Make sure you play in time, so the first chord of the riff that follows is on the beat. To do so you got to play sixtuplets, that's six notes per beat. I use economy picking throughout. So when I pick on e.g. the low E string down-up-down and the got to the A-String I pick again down-up-down. Not up-down-up like in alternate picking. So the transition between the strings is made with a little down-down quasi sweep.

  • This helps me personally a lot to play fast while being clean. Rusty himself uses strictly alternate picking, but that's just a matter of what is easier for you.

Yeah, I thought about playing something from Zero Order Phase. But it might take a while till I will. First I want to do some original songs I'm working on :)

  • Hey man, how much time you needed to learn this song ?

BTW: The bachian part is a PAIN IN THE ASS !

  • About a month of everyday playing.

Yeah, that pedal tone part needs some time. But when you stick with it, it really improves the synchronization of your hands. Plus it's real music you're practicing :)

  • Thats really good. Is it hard to play, Im thinking of leaning it.

  • @DSFLKJ91234

    Thanks a lot! :)

For me it was quite hard to learn it. I had to develop a good deal of guitar stamina to pull it off without cramping up. But that's just me. If you wanna learn it more power to you!! :)
