i don't understand why after the scary part comes up you are still screaming and you want the picture/ video to go away, if you already now know what it is why is it still scary to you?
Many people fall for this tricks because of plenty of reasons, one, they got tricked into going there, two, they were forced or told to go to that website, others, well that I dont know. Just a thing to say, "Look on the bright side! At least it isnt rick rolled this time!" :D
