  • ignore what all these wouldbe keyboard athletes have to say but ive just started lifting weights like 3 weeks ago and i have a good kit to use but not mutch knowledge of what to do and i found your videos very usefull so please keep on doing what your doing

  • worst form I've ever seen in a "how to" video

  • you do not bend your elbows. this is wrong technique, and is not considered a dumbell fly. watch a professional like scott herman or scooby when it comes to something like this. expertvillage has a terrible reputation and this is why.

  • anyone know how to do these without a bench

  • try a computer chair haha

  • teh n00b boi play meny game...

  • i fucked my sister.

  • fair dooze to you, this is the most correct video on this particular exercise out of the many video's i've watched, still could improve your movement to get maximum benefit from it.

  • It does seen to be a hell of a steep angle for incline, 30 to 45 degrees should be the max, way too much shoulders there, although the execution was actually good.

  • toxicG3N, you are absolutely correct. this is essentially an incline dumbell press. On the way down, the elbows should get straighter (never bent past 90 degrees) and on the way up you should be pulling the weights into the middle with the outside of the pectoral muscle and the inside of the shoulder.

  • I dont belive it ... totally wrong. bending your elbows lol

  • your a bloody retard...

  • Does Weight Lifting Stunt Growth?

Im 15 and I want to start doing Weight training but im scared about my growth

    HELP ME

  • no no no and again no

  • no it wont stunt your growth just dont start getting really heavy in squats and be carfull with your back.

I worried about the same thing when i was 15

  • thanks

  • Sorry but those are more dumbbell presses than they are dumbbell flies. Your elbows are bent to about 90 degrees and you're pressing them back up. With dumbbell flies, your elbows are supposed to be slightly bent and more or less maintained that way throughout the workout. The arms should pivot around the shoulders to clamp the dumbbells up rather than pressing them.

I know no one likes to be corrected but I thought it'd just be some helpful advice.

  • Sorry but you dont know what you are talking about!!That is defiantly incline flyes!!
