  • I first heard this on a compilation cd from about 7-8 years ago called 'late night tales' and it was a selection of tracks favoured by Jamiroquai. This was the one I played the most, however, and only in my opinion, it outshines all the tracks on the Ramsey Lewis that this is on. But this track is gorgeous :)

  • past time,but more sofisticate.great composition.great time!

  • This is one of the many early albums released by the great Ramsey Lewis that I had on cassette before & would love to have on CD but they are impossible to find. His "Three Piece Suite" album is another one I miss having.

  • Ramsey Lewis, and Maurice White. Excellent song made at a time in this country when all GOOD times seemed possible. Great post.

  • Been searching for this since 1983. Thanks so much!

  • fantastic tune=oldschool

  • It's a great album too. Not a weak track on it. Hugely influenced by E,W and F. It's essentially E,W and F backing it and i'm pretty sure the M White helped out with the production.

    A classic.

    Cheers for the upload, Droguett01

  • i have the lp, and the first side is produced by larry dunn, the keyboard player from EWF, and this track is absolutely killer!! it's a relaxing track at that, perfectly fitting for any smooth jazz radio station in america!!

  • Cheers, I used to have this LP a zillion years ago. Larry Dunn did quite a bit of production I think. I have a Stanley Turrentine album with his production talents. VERY E,W and Firish indeed with a great "After the Love has Gone" on it.

    Thanks.

  • @hevyonez97 can you post the title song routes? I have been looking for it

  • @MooDee99 if i had the laptop and the software, i would probably be able to try it...but since i have to rediscover tunes like this just like you, all i have is my old lp's and cd's to cherish and play and hopefully be able to share good memories with all you good folks out there!!!

  • Its a Larry Dunn production!

    Brilliant.

  • Lovely tunes

  • I LOVE THIS PIECE ! COOL !
