WOW! Pretty nasty take downs Louisiana has zero to no wrestling ... It sucks cause wrestlers dominate everyone in MMA and Grappling tourneys. They need wrestling schools like they have BJJ

@TheEdLova Most MMA programs teach wrestling in the curriculum. In my opinion it's way easier to learn how to get up that to out wrestle good wrestlers. I don't compete but I train frequently for fun and I find that dudes who took 3-4 years of wrestling in high school take most people down. At a pro level the wrestlers are so good that you have to be a good wrestler. But you can develop all over time. Look at GSP
