Is there a certain method you use to catch shiny pokemon? I easliy cave into trades involving shiny pokemon, but I'm sick of being temted to trade a ton of level 100 pokemon just for a shiny pokemon. I would love to see how you do this, can you please tell me? P.S. I would like to request a "starly" shiny chain for a video. D:?

@Mrflager67 chaining shiny pokemon is really simple, All you need is a D/P/Pt game, and you need to follow some strict rules. Always use repel. Only go to the farthest patch of grass away which is four spaces up, down, left, or right. Only go into a patch of grass if there are 4 patches of grass shaking. Always go into the same type of shaking grass. And finally, never go into a patch of grass that is touching something, either that is the edge or another shaking patch of grass.

if u use a quick ball on an abra its 100% capture rate no matter what.

@KayneRongo if you have a pokemon that knows "taunt" it will be unable to use teleport for for 3-4 moves, i know this cuz i captured a shiny abra (second pokemon other than starter) i ran into it on my way to the first gym, chimchar knows taunt btw
