All the members of the council it would seem are unqualified to sit in their positions. I really cannot believe that something such as this could happenespecially since that idiotic mayor repeatedly interrupted her, and that in itself is ridiculousthis is something that should never had happened.

2 things:

1. I guess the mayor never read the first amendment by saying that she does not have the right to petition city council. (Is city council government? Do they make laws? Then yes she does have the right to petition you.)

2. They mayor then made up a lie when the lady got hit. He was look right at the "victim" when she got hit. He could see it was not in the eye. The mayor disagreed with her so he tried to get her arrested.
