Wow, good footage... but I don't think I'd dare set foot on that puppy right now. It's tiny, but it's explosive.

I feel much safer near lava flows. You pretty much know which way they're going to go.

'The Scream' was painted because Edvard Munch was walking with his friends and the volcano eruption of Krakatar was turning the sky blood red and it made Edvard want to scream.

the volcano is quite active at the moment. the alert level was currently raised to 2. I think there is a good chance to see something like on the video

I was just watching a program on TV about Anak Krakatau. They say it grows about 25 feet every year. That is truly amazing. Traditionally that would be unheard of geologically speaking!!!! Thanks for the video posting!!!!

No, there is a national park post. But sometimes, when the activity of the volcano is very high, the island a forbidden zone.
