The suspension on this car seems a good 2-3inches higher then the european version... why? It makes the car look ugly. I have and opel astra gtc, and ride height is perfect. And btw... couldnt they drive a bit faster? LOL

It's a shame they don't sell the Open Astra OPC aka Vauxhall Astra VXR over there.. Looks nicer and is a bit wilder with 240bhp :P

Makes not that big difference except the styling. I did a test drive with the Opel Astra OPC and bought the usual 2.0 Turbo. The additional 40 hp often make more traction problems than bring advantages on narrow roads. But a simple chiptuning can give the normal 2.0 Turbo up to 237 hp if someone wants that.

its a nice looking car. but as always the same old story goes, the u.s. will get a watered down version. its not going to be like the Vauxhall astra vxr 2.0 with 240bhp. i would still buy a saturn astra over a new ford focus!
