  • Jim Morrison's grave doesn't look like that anymore,it has since been cleaned up and the bust is gone...

  • lovely video , sad we lost such great people . :c

R.I.P Buster Keaton , Charlie Chaplin, and Marilyn Monroe . and everyone else . . .

  • I live real close to the jimi hendrix memorial. I know exactly where it is... R.I.P.

  • Redd Foxx R.I.P

  • What a treat to see these. And thanks for putting Charles Bronson's on their for he was a fav.of mine. Could not believe the little article People magazine did on him when he passed away? I was at Bruce's and Brandon's grave in 97 and Bruce had a lot more flowers so I took the biggest one and put it on Brandon's. My friend said what are you doing and I replied Bruce would want it that way :) I will be sad when Eastwood & Reynolds leaves us as well as many others

  • does anyone know of where donna reed is buried??

  • i was glad that the king himself was on here. for some reason i expected to see jim varney

  • @Orthropox14 Elvis wasn't the king of rocl Chuck Berry was... he made the first rock song Johnny b goode

  • I love Judy Garland... we miss you great artist!

  • Some of those headstones/plots are very simple, even plain. You would think someone famous would have a nicer marker, especially the flat ones.

The usage of this song is getting way overdone. I was expecting to see abused animals in this video.

  • @GESSO217 He isn't there the place with a marker is for fans to remember him at. He is buried in unmarked grave where I'm not 100% sure.

  • John Candy was such a funny man, R.I.P John and everyone else who has died.

  • That Pic from Morrison's grave site, is an old one. That bust of him was stolen quite a while ago.

  • sad

  • On his headstone, "There goes the neighborhood", Rodney Dangerfield was hilarious even after he passed.

  • you saved the KING for last

  • So sad! but these fantastic actors/singers will ALWAYS be remembered. It's lovely to know that by putting vids like this together is a mark of respect to these people. The song 'Angel' is very fitting.

    Rest In Peace

  • John Wayne Has a marker? I watched a documentary where they said he was burried in an unmarked grave. Something about not wanting to many fans going to the grave or idiots vandalizeing it.

  • Thanks to other posters who gave me the name of the singer and the song...cheers...England

  • Geroge Burns died at 100 yrs old? Wow

  • @coolguy02536

While sucking on a Stogey every day. amazing..

  • What's a Stogey?

  • @coolguy02536

Cigar,,,he was very famous for them.

  • Oh, lol, i was guessing it was a cigar.

  • Thanks for the information...she sounds like jennifer warnes..y'know...that little yodel she puts in now and again.....lots of records are not released in the UK. We asked some guys in the pub one night..'Who is Garth Brooks' (he'd sold 60 million records at the time)....they got their heds together and came back with....'.Got it now.....He plays football '........thanks again.....liverpool.

  • Who is singing this beautiful song and what's it called.....sounds like jennifer warnes....beautiful......I'd love to know............. from England

  • Comment removed

  • @tony00165 Sarah McLachlin.....come on now, lol I'm a redneck and I know that (but I love music) good song!

  • sad al the good ones are gone!

  • @Midnightryder7 i know

  • These tributes are a sobering reminder for what waits for all of us. No matter how wealthy, how famous, how loved these people were, they are reduced - inevitably - to a grave marker, and isn't it interesting to see how some of the most famous have the humblest of markers?

Sad and moving, and a beautiful tune as well.

  • @AngryOfMayfair How true, we all end up the same way.

  • FUK FINDAGRAVE COM ANTI SPEECH ANTITusa comunist MOTHERFUCKER.AFTER WRITING LOTS OF THERE OUT OF MANY STORIES IF THEY DONT LIKE ON THEY KILL YOUR ACOUNT.TELL ALL.ITS PURE SHIT!

  • FUK FINDAGRAVE COM ANTI SPEECH ANTITusa comunist MOTHERFUCKER.AFTER WRITING LOTS OF THERE OUT OF MANY STORIES IF THEY DONT LIKE ON THEY KILL YOUR ACOUNT.TELL ALL.ITS PURE SHIT!

  • R.I.P Curly howard he was grandfather

  • no no wrong 1929

  • RIP Bruce and Brandon Love you both

  • Bob Hope certainly didn't know anything about the big-ass monument he wound up in. He was not, shall we say, a big spender. Jackie Gleason, who was a big spender, would be pleased with a resting place befitting his ego. Rodney Dangerfield's inscription is perfect, the best thing in the video.

  • Wow that was really good, hope this doesn't sound morbid, but it was nice to see the actors from a long time ago that people may not remember like Michael Landon and the Three Stooges. They will forever will be in our hearts.

  • my grandfather died in 1997 but flip it you'll get the year he was born 1979

  • @scott620forlife

Are those dates right, or is there a typo somewhere?

He didn't die at age 18, did he?

  • @scott620forlife Your grandfather was 18 when he died?

  • @tygersflowerz no no wrong 1929

  • sherlene may not be famous and the grave that she almost filled may never be looked on as improtant but to me it is ,you see i fought for the 101st airborne in vietnam and i have seen men killed by rockets morters rockets and gunfire but the crulest thing i ever saw was done by two doctors working in one of the largest hospitals in tulsa and i am trying to warn others about this kind of behavior for more info please go to[ msbones1950] a slow death

  • u sure they famous?

  • @Hottie8Stacy well im sure they're more famous than you are. :P

  • @kingston0708 idk any of them

  • Did u people notice on Marilyn Monroe's Tombstone. She was born in "1926" if you flip the last two digits around you got the year she died "1962" Call me a dork but I found it pretty cool but trippy. R.I.P Marilyn Monroe u alwayz be missed

  • @Raydenjaymes7709

wow how trippy two Raydenjaymes7709 with the same comment and if you flip the numbers to 9077 and take the 77 from the 90 you get 13 , which is an unlucky number for some

  • @Raydenjaymes7709 yeah it's like my grandfather... he was born in 1919 and died in 1991. Happens that way sometimes.

  • Did u people notice on Marilyn Monroe's Tombstone. She was born in "1926 flip the last two around and u got the year she died "1962" Call me a dork but I found it trippy. RIP Marilyn

  • @Raydenjaymes7709

wow how trippy two Raydenjaymes7709 with the same comment and if you flip the numbers to 9077 and take the 77 from the 90 you get 13 , which is an unlucky number for some

  • Not likely we'll see stars of this caliber again- Ive been entertained by most every one of these names in my 51 years, indeed they are chapters in my life that I will never forget as they were part of my youth and remind me of the class Hollywood stars used to have. Theres good work being done now, and its a new era, but lets not forget those who came before - - RIP

  • the one at 3:37 is jackie gleason..... famous for the honey mooners and co starred in smokey and the bandit!

  • @cheetah2548 thats the great one yep

  • nice video

  • 337 is jackie gleason

  • There is no class in Hollywood anymore.

  • RIP Moe, Larry, Curly, and Shemp

  • Who is at 3:37? Fatty Arbuckle?

    Nice vid, thank you.

  • Beautifully done but would have like to have the cemetery name and location noted.

  • some of thoes people will be talk about for the next 100 year or more

  • i sad to see the child actors dies show young i hope when some one die young they pass over with out any isu

  • best for last (elvis)

  • @MrNaryal change radio stations, you may have some comfort here... Bush was done years ago. There's a new sheriff in town.

  • so sad I didn't know some of them have died :( life is too short and for a lot of them ..cut way too short

  • Life is so short and it just goes to show that even the Rich and Famous take nothing from this world

But they do leave us on earth memories

  • Just Wanted To Say Thank You Brought A Lot Of Memmories Back

  • interesting: they don't waste money on huge tombstones/statues.

  • did you get the licensing through an agent for Angel?

  • 1:19 jerome howard nyuck nyuck nycuk ohhh a wiseguy karen carpenter is the new thin man love rodneys there goes the neighborhood john ritter has a great beatle quote in the end the love you take is equal to the love you give red foxx should say im here elizabeth

  • Love the peacefulness of cemeteries. Would love to chat with some women about the fleeting life we should live... I'm in LA. early 40's, gl. Let's talk.

  • Buster Keaton looks like Kevin Spacey

  • This is a beautiful video. I can't really see what everyone is talking about Jim Morrison's gravesite. What happened to it?

  • @JuJuMJFan4life bits of his grave stone has been taken and loads of kisses over the grave stone too but dosen't help as Oscar Wilde is just across the way and his has just loads and loads of lipstick kisses over it too even more so than Jim's apparently

  • yes, this is a great video.

  • Great video. It's too bad they weren't here to pat you on the back, but I have no doubts that they love that they are still remembered... Thanks to them and your video. I went to visit lucy's grave once, and she was gone. Glad to know they placed her with family.

  • THANK YOU THAT WAS WONDERFUL YET SO SAD RIP TO ALL THE WORLD HAS LOST SO MANY GREAT ONES

  • Great to see Don Knotts and Redd Foxx on there too.

  • tissue any 1

  • thnx for adding the three stooges

  • @RLBURNSIDE1 Absolutely....Larry, Moe, Curly and Shemp. They're still making people laugh today!

  • This vid reminded me so much of a song by the Kinks called "Celluloid Heros", I'll have to watch it next.

  • It just shows that this earth has been shared by many - I can't help but note that we're the last lot to be born in the 20th century. We will, one day, be studied, criticised and perhaps even looked upon with nostalgia, inspiration and awe.

We are legends for the future's past.

  • your forgetting one more, michael jackson,( born) 29 August 1958 (died) 25 june 2009

  • @nicothegreat795 this was made before he died

  • @nicothegreat795 Michael Jackson won't be here because the filthy pedo is licking satans nuts now, pedo's dont deserve to be remembered.!!

  • @ZyIeken For your information Michael Jackson was cleared of those charges. Both of the boys admitted that they lied to get money. As a matter of fact, unfortunately, the first boys father committed suicide because of the threats he got from fans because of what he told his son to do. So no. Michael Jackson is not a pedophile.

  • we all have to go sometims, may we all rest in peice one day :'(

  • Don Knotts died holy crap

  • awesome vdeo. Where is John Ritter buried?

  • that's not Jimi Hendrix's grave at 3:59

  • @gdmcr41182 yes it is

  • @patriotsmakemebarf hendrix was buried and all he has is a flat stone on the ground marking where he is buried

  • @nellgwen48 Yup. I heard about that. How many years in prision can you get for a crime like that? because that's a very horrible thing

  • A side note Charlie Chaplin's body was dug up and sort of held for ransom. It was taken from his grave and laid in a field. Originally the grave robbers wanted to just take the body out but dig a deeper grave and put the body deeper in the grave. But the weather didn't permit that. The body was recovered and the grave robbers arrested. There is a cross where the body was buried in the field. Oona liked the place his body was taken to better than where he was originally then subsequently buried.

  • When i hear this song it reminds me of that ASPCA commercial, ha

  • Morrison's Grave doesn't look like that anymore. I was there in 1991, and someone had stolen the bust quite some time before. Just a simple plaque on granite, but it was still a thing to behold.

  • woah woah woah where is michell jackson or jean autree and roy rogers and roy obison geez

  • @peterpan5031 This video was made BEFORE Michael Jackson died....also, not everybody can be included in one little video!

  • DON KNOTS LIVED TIL 2006 WOW!

  • @peterpan5031..... yea i forgot that he passed in 06

  • why is this grave of Karen Carpenter in the video as the crypt once had her remains in on here because she,s now interred in a mausoleum in the grounds of the carpenter mansion. personally I don't like the style of the crypt as it has no reflection of how talented Karen and other carpenters were. Also does anyone know whom has brought the crypt next marilyn monrone as I know hugh hefner has brought one side of her, But I did hear that the crypt on the otherside was sold privately

  • judy garland ;( shes been my hero since i was 4 years old..... i never realy considered her to be gone, but i guess she is

  • Sara Mclaughlin music? Really? Christ! No yoddeling!!!!!

  • This sure brings a lump in your throat and tears to your eyes! Very beautiful tribute for some great, beautiful and really funny people who have entertained me over the years and still are!!!!!!!!!!! nice job willhoit63.....

  • FYI .... Karen Carpetner has been moved in recent years from Forest Lawn Cypress (that is in this video), to a Carpenter Family crypt in Rose Hills Cemetery ..... Truly a voice of an 'Angel' .....

  • You should add Selena.

  • Saved the best for last! I've been to Graceland! Seven times! I love Elvis! I also love Michael Landon. Yet to go to his gravesite though.

  • where is bret michaels?

  • @macstroud probably out on tour somewhere. hes not dead? he came damn close but hes still alive

  • very beautiful ....miss u all

  • Nice video. John Ritter was the saddest one to me. He seemed like such a good person. Aaliyah's gravesite would have been another good for the video.

  • Is there any in Michigan? I'dlike to see some. Thank-you Lin

  • Who's at 3:37?

  • Jackie Gleason b. 1916 d. 1987

  • @willhoit63 He played that sheriff in all the "Smokey and the Bandit" movies, but i remember the Jackie Gleason show he did. He was one of the most versatile actors i have ever seen.

  • @PiO199 That is Jackie Gleason of the Honeymooners and many other shows and movies.

  • @PiO199 Bob Hope

  • when did rodney dangerfield die?

  • Oct. 5, 2004 age 82

  • @MetallicPower45 isnt he from little nickey?

  • @MetallicPower45 Never forget that day I had just watch Easy Money on VHS and about two hours later they had it on tv that he had passed.

  • the three stooges were the best

  • that's what he gets for being a coke head

  • I remember when andy gibb died, i cried all day. he and i had the same birthday, march 5....he died way too soon.

  • how did all of these people die

  • the best is Bruce and Brandon Lee side by side i just love that for what its worth the feeling you fell just when you see that photo thanks

  • was cliff burtons there

  • NO, Cliff wasn't buried. He was cremated, and his ashes was scattered on ranch in Arizona.

  • They saved the best for last. Elvis' gravesite is the only one I've seen personally.

  • An awesome video and good perfect music for it.

  • Great video! Very touching and emotional!

Wherever you got the pictures of the gravesites from that was great!

    Loved and never forgotten!
