@Limitz239 The interface folder should automatically be created when you log on to one of your characters for the first time after installing wow. If there is still no interface folder, then you can just create one (right click on empty space in your wow folder and select create new->folder). Then just make an addons folder in that folder.

@fuzzyballs8726 Try putting the addons into this alternate path-

Instead of "Users" go into "Program Files" then into World of Warcraft>Interface>Addons

Also make sure that you have the addon completely unzipped.

@BrettMichaelMcintyre If it is activated (checked) under the addons button on your character screen, then when you log in try typing /bt to open bartender options. Make sure your bartender is up to date also with the newest version.

i downloaded the gladious addon. and i copy'd it and pasted it in my addon folder and i checked in it and its there. and then i logged onto WoW to go on my WoW addon menue but the butten thats supposed to be next to my character isnt there. please someone help me.

After you purchase the guides on the website, they will give you a download, then you proceed like any other addon.

If you only have a logs folder, try this alternate location for the rest of the files:

OS>Program Files>World of Warcraft

Are the files there? If not, try going back to OS and searching "Interface" or "Addons". Make sure it is the folder and not a file. If there is not addons folder but you find an interface, then you can just make an addons folder.

Double check that after you have copied the addons into your addons folder that they are actually in there (sometimes it messes up and doesn't copy over). If they are there, then see if you have about the same amount of folders in your World of Warcraft folder that I do- if you have a lot less, I can tell you an alternate location for the addons folder that will work.

Before you click to go into your interface folder, do you see all of the folders that are in my video? If you do, you can just create a folder titled "addons" in you interface folder. If you don't have all of the folders, maybe just a few, you can follow the directions at 3:18 . If that doesn't work, let me know and I'll give you alternate places to check for your addons folder.

Yah sure, it doesn't matter where you make it as long as you know where it is and can access it easily. I just chose to put it on my desktop.

Under my Interface folder the is NOT and Addons folder. The is only a folder labeled "Cinematics". Have you seen this before or have any idea what I could do. The game installed properly and I can play it, but there is simply no addons folder. Thanks in advance for any help.

Ok i installed the game off of their websight, in my WoW folder i do not have any of those folders such as: Interface, cache, etc.... i have none that are shown in ur video i had game on previous computer and i did but now they are not there in the new install yet i am still able to play the game.... i have tried to make an Interface folder and AddOn folder but have had no luck plz help me this is very frustrating

Hi,I originally first tried this,and some went in,whilist some didn't.

I checked to see what type it was saved as and it said:WINRAR ZIP ARCHIVE.

Does that make a difference,because yours is compressed?

If so,how do I make it as a compressed folder?

My files are actually not compressed. If you see in my video, I double click the addon folder after I have downloaded it, which unzips it (uncompresses it). Then I take the unzipped folders and copy them into the addons folder. Is that what you are doing?

Okay,I think I found out,on his it says "Show hidden" But for example,on mine it says "Show all results" I think it's worded differently on each version. Go to yours,it might be the same as mine.
