  • sounds like a honda. :(

  • @w0rdOo sadly it does....

  • about bloww off, with people says you can't do that on T7.

I have one on my Viggen but I have two code errors on ecu...

  • To Lash700000, this is not a 1999 viggen. 99 viggens were the ones made in sweden and came in coupes only 00 and 01s came in 4 doors.

  • I love viggens........ but i dont know about that Exaust........

  • what kind of exhuast system does this car have

  • lash700000 you're a fuckin idiot. T7 cars CANNOT have an atmospheric blow off valve, because they use an air mass meter. when you vent metered air to the atmosphere, the engine runs super rich and stalls, as well as T7 throwing a CEL.

  • Do you guys think that the person who made the video has NO idea what he is talking about?...Of course it's a Viggen! It is just putting down some power, that is why it sounds that way!

  • This might be a 99-00 era viggen 225hp stock well it looks a little different than my 2001 9-3 viggen and yes viggens are 9-3's not 900 who ever thought its a 900 is a retard.. and it sounds like a ricer thats y i asked if it was an older t5 model sounds like it has a BOV which can only be fitted to a t5 model engine since the fitting is located under the turbo with no room for the bov on a t7 but nice drive looks a little slow might b the video tho my viggen is balls fast for stock idk..

  • What you said about the BOV is not true. A BOV can be fitted on any car with a turbo. Also, the t5 and t7 have no real changes as far as mechanical goes, t5 and t7 are simply the engine management systems. The BOV simply replaces the By-pass valve located on the intake pipe going from the intercooler to the throttle body. If you want to put a BOV on your car, remove the hose going from the air cleaner hose to the turbo and then remove the BPV and put the BOV on.

  • @Lash700000 I don't think T7 will accept a BOV....ask any tuner, Taliaferro, JSP, JZW, Maptun, etc....You can install a BOV On T-7 with a "Re-circulating" kit but then that is not a true BOV because it is re circulating. But you might be right? If you check out Taliaferro SAAB and look at the performance section 900/9-3 the blow off valve plug, it indicates T-5 cars ONLY telling me the T-7 will not accept it. oh yeah it also says" T-5 only" ;)

  • MANPOWER ;) (Y)

  • thats not viggen... viggen is saab 900 with 2.3t. the car in this movie is what i think is saab 9-3 monte carlo with a 2.0t + viggen turbo+clutch

  • haha bullshit, Viggen is a 9-3 not 900,

  • the Viggen is a 9-3 not a 900. The monte carlo's also had black trim on the front and rear bumpers. This looks like a Viggen to me.

  • Those are Viggen rims, and I believe I can see the Viggen badge on the side, and you are right, Viggens are 9-3's with a 2.3t engine you get with a 9-5, only with a bigger (Mitsubishi, I think) turbocharger.

  • @jrodigan5

Nope, 9-3 Aero, 9-5 Aero and 9-3 Viggen all use the same turbocharger, mitsu 15T-#5. It's good for up to 300 bhp. 9-3 Aero has 205 with a 2,0 l engine, 9-5 Aero has 220, 250 or 260 depending on MY, and Vigegn has 22,5 MY99 and 230 MY 00-02.

  • it is not a viggen just becouse its 2.3t =s

  • @countanes

Yes, it is, Viggen is the only 9-3 98-03 with 2,3T engine. Same turbo as the og9-3 2,0T Aero, mitsu 15T#5.

But you sure can modify a ng900 with the complete Viggen exterior package including the 9-3 booth if you wish, and repainting is of course an option, so there is no way to actually tell wether this is a genuine Viggen or not. It might as well be a stage X 9,3 2,0t originally 150/154 bhp with Viggen exterior package.

  • haha viggen is a 9-3 x)

  • You're a fucking retard. There was never a 2.3t 900 made you dumb fuck. And this car is a '99 Saab 9-3 Viggen and the color is called Monte Carlo yellow. The Viggen is the only Saab made with the Mitsubishi turbo and the Viggen clutch, so stop making moronic statements.

  • x2

what have you done to it? sounds amazing.

  • Hi. Great sound. What modifications have you done to your beast?
