Good information for companies considering reducing (or not increasing) training staff but still have many employees to train. This is also good information for companies with employees spread out geographically.
My company is just getting into the elearning game, partially due to the economy. It is nice to hear people confirm the benefits of elearning and how it can save us time and money as we do our training...looking forward to learning more about elearning and what you folks do as I continue my research.
