@compulsivebitch hahaha NO! Nitrogen gas is NOT opaque LOL. It's invisible, just like air, which is mostly nitrogen gas. Very cold gasses being released into the air instantly condense the water vapor in the air forming the while cloud! So, the white stuff is water vapor, not nitrogen or helium.
LIGHTS, CAMERA, ACTION!!!!! Pass this around on three different videos and you will become famous in just a week!!! THIS IS NOT A LIE!!!! How do you think Paris became a famous singer all of a sudden? Because she did this. So if you pass this around three times in different videos, you will become famous in just a week. HINT this is no ordinary chain letter, this is for real!!! DO IT!!!
this is a true thing that happens! its not a chain letter! its kinda scary at first but it really works!! paste this message into 3 comments and press ALT F4 and your crushes name will appear on the screen!!! its soo wierd
Not quite sure why ur talking about politics on a video about cryogenics...think im going to go watch a video about football n blast them with christianity!
It is a very good video demonstration, however I disagree with your politics.
Just because public opinion is against someone doesn't mean that they are wrong. Leonardo da Vinci, Da Vinci, Newton, George Washington Carver, Edison, Einstein, Orville/Wilbur Wright, Stephen Hawking, Oppenheimer, ect... all were persecuted and had public opinion against them at some time.
I agree with hj. This video series should come with a disclaimer. I should hope anyone who uses cryogens knows that pouring them on oneself is a bad idea, that wasting helium and not recovering it is irresponsible, and that a mesh-clad dewar can explode upward like a missile if cracked in the right way while filled with a liquid gas. People have died playing with cryogens, doing things not much more harmless-seeming that what is going on in these videos. Viewers beware!
oops, *liquefied gas, I mean--but seriously, these things want to be gaseous more than anything else, and they will boil and expand tremendously given any opportunity (and just about everything can transfer lots of heat to them!). Please be careful, everyone.
If I'm looking for a random, unsupported, immature jab at Bush I'd listen to Democratic congresmen. Seriously, such a comment was inappropriate and unrelated to the material at hand, and thus only detracted from the presentation.
You're equally entitled to your opinion regarding my commentary as I am entitled to make that commentary. Isn't freedom great?! :)
You don't have to seek out Democrats to find people who are critical of how President Bush is "leading" America. People in HIS OWN PARTY are discarding him, not to mention the multiple millions of citizens of the world outside the US.
I am simply pointing out that your comment helps to undermine the legitimacy of an otherwise fine and valuable submission.
You are, of course, free to pursue whatever goals you have for posting this video, and of course I can't make assumptions about your intentions, but I CAN point out the comment seems out of place and detracts from a goal related to education.
How does an offhand political comment "undermine his legitimacy"? He's doing a demo on fucking cryogenic liquids! Who cares what political views are involved. You need to get a life.
The thing is, again depending on his goals, political views shouldn't be involved at all.
Such comments are divisive, will put people off, and lend nothing to the demonstration. Therefore, if this demonstration was intended to have scientific or educational legitimacy, the comment was a mistake.
There's a time and place for everything. An educational video about cryogenics is not the place for immature political snipes.
The slogan 'Broadcast Yourself' is not their because they want people to censor their political views, its about freedom of expression. I'm with you chemdude1.
