this stage is so sick. the parallax background, being able to see the city through windows and such while inside the "tank" and the fact throughout time on the stage the background changes from day to night.

to get the boot upgrade u have to have wheel gator weapon. it is overdrive ostrich level.

lolz, i have this game for the SNES... I'm waitin till I can get 100+ bucks for it.
I always fight Wire Sponge first since you can get the Boot Upgrade on the level.

Um...no you cant. Theres no upgrades in wire sponge level other then a heart tank and subtank.
