Thanks for the video man your in intelligent kid, i bought the Savage .22 today didnt have time to play around with it much i have to wait 28 days to get it home. Seems like a bit of fun to have one around the farm and to clean up some of the pest animals. What kind of rounds do you recommend for this rifle?
i got the same gun but with a monte carlo stock and my problem with it is the magazine it for some reason fit a little losse but i love it and it is extremely accurate
nice rifle but i dont have one. its ok im actually getting the savage 2 .22 rifle around the end of may to the beginning of june it will be my new hunting rifle also the mag makes it look like an ak47
very nice gun. Im thinking of having this for my first .22 rifle when my gun license arrives next week. Nice video bro, very informative and great look at the gun. Great demo, well spoken, thanks a million!
Keep it up kid that's a great gun I have one as well you can spend 600 dollars more and get a questionably better one... don't dry fire tho it breaks my heart
Well done kid, don't mind the negative comments, those people are probably just jealous cause they're older than you and don't know half of what you're talking about...
I know about those cartridges. Wow, where you get those prices i need to check it out lol. Everywhere i looked around here Mossins are over $300. I saw a nice Finnish Mossin Nagant for $450. A little steep but it was a damn nice gun.
@MrDip02 The fact that you said "sniper rifle" shows that you dont know what you're talking about. And no, a "more powerful" rifle than a 22lr you would be looking at paying at least $600 for just the gun.
@Strychnine12 the mosin nagant is a sniper rifle used by the soviet union in ww2 its 100$ and it's the 7.62x54r round as powerful as the 30-06 it cant easily hit and kill anything at 1000 yards the maximum effective range is 1400 possibly can go further the SVD longest recorded kill was 1400 and it uses the same exact round as the 91/30
@Strychnine12 and the 30-06 is 7.62x63 the 7.62x54r is VERY similar and is has powerful the largest grain for the 7.62x54r is 203 the most someone said they saw was 220 grain
@rcaragman A .22 will take coyotes. However make sure to do proper shot placement. If you are looking for it to be quiet, you have a couple of options. You could use SSS ammunition, (sniper sub sonic) which does not exceed the sound barrier, thereby removing the sonic boom. You could shoot CB caps, however for coyotes i'm not sure it would do. And lastly, you could obtain a legal license for a firearm suppressor and install on on the rifle.
nice gun i have the same one and put close to 2500 rounds through it and still works like it just came out the box i got a bsa .22 special scope with a bi pod on there
i got the same gun. older model though. dont got the acu-trigger on it. the are accurate guns. got a video up i shot 220 yards. with that i haven't shot that far in along time and to hit a half foot by half foot piece of metal first shot i was so amazed. you could tell. lol
Your a really dumb person to be frank. It doesn't matter shit if it's loaded, you just don't pull the trigger. Mag like an AK? Not likely chum. You fail as a review artist
@originalbrodyg420 Advice is something no one wants. I'm not trying to parent him either, just sayin its bad to dryfire guns, and anybody who has ever used an AK knows how the clip is released and used. Not at all like this. I have worked with guns for long enough, I know what im talking about
i found that the safety switch was a pain to put out of safety, the spring was to stiff, so i redid the spring, and its way better. Even though you said they were unloaded, we didn't see it, which means we have to assume that they were loaded, just saying.
