I have lived on the San Francisco Peninsula's coast (Pacifica & Half Moon Bay), but have never lived in the East Bay Area. I can tell you from doing the research for the "Train Business Directory" that this is a pretty area. I'm sure a little online research will tell you all about the area of El Cerrito, California.
