Yep, it's Microsoft Train Simulator(MSTS). The Bala Sub route was not released originally with the game. It was just released a few weeks ago, but the game has been out since 2001 I think.

I'm not sure. I think that you can get it on Amazon or Ebay, but I don't think that there are too many physical locations which sell it anymore, since the game is 7 years old.
